Create a Custom Kit for your team or small brand

We specialize in bringing your unique vision to life. You provide the creative elements, and we handle the expert manufacturing.

The Process is Simple:

Send Us Your Design: Supply your complete artwork, including logos, sponsors, names, and color scheme.

For best results: Please send artwork in a vector format (e.g., .AI, .EPS, .PDF) to ensure perfect print quality.

Other formats accepted: We can also work with high-resolution image files (e.g., .PNG, .JPG), though a setup fee may apply for manual vectorization.

Select Your Product: Choose from our wide range of high-quality articles (shirts, jackets, etc.) to be customized.

Finalize Your Order: Provide the sizes and the number of pieces needed for each size. This allows us to launch the manufacturing process and provide an accurate quote.

If you are planning on sending us your design file, please check our file rules.

Layer rules for design:

  • Layer 1 – Information: Text direction and text for different pieces – front, back, right sleeve, left sleeve, etc.

  • Layer 2 – Cut: Stroke for cut lines, sizes, marks, etc.

  • Layer 3 – Design: All logos and main design elements.

Other rules:

  • All logos must be in vectors and grouped as one object. All images must be embedded in the file.

  • All text must be converted to curves. Names or numbers of players must be in the preferred font and converted to curves.

  • All logos, texts, backgrounds, etc., must be provided in a separate file or as separate objects in the same file as the design.

  • We prefer designs placed in technical templates, not in a marketing-oriented “mock-up” for showing customers.

  • The colors must be set in the file as:

    • Pantone numbers.

    • Numbers from our Diem color chart.

  • CMYK values which are not from our color chart are printed without changes and with no warranty for the result.

  • Avoid transparency, opacity, masks, and other web effects – we can print these with NO guarantee for the result.

  • Do not use any objects made with plugins or other additional non-standard software tools in the design.

  • Convert any 3D or other objects made with special software into TIFF images at 120 DPI and at real size.

  • The Black color must be set as CMYK 65/20/0/100. All black areas must use exactly the same formula.

  • The minimum line thickness visible on the fabric’s structure is 0.35 mm (1 pt).

  • Avoid placing any elements of the design within 3 cm of the edge of the cut.

  • If possible, please avoid any matching between different pieces of the cut (e.g., sleeves, front, and back).

  • If you use a gradient in the design, please make sure that it is smooth and that the colors of the gradient are placed at the beginning and the end of the gradient bar.

  • If you are using a pattern, please send it to us as an expanded object, not as a swatch.
